Thrive Consulting was founded by Brittany Teague, a seasoned expert in real estate investment, development, and project management with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Her passion for building and development began early—at just five years old, she was already walking job sites with her father, a respected commercial real estate developer since 1978. Those early experiences shaped her deep understanding of the industry, from concept and planning to execution and long-term investment strategy.

Brittany holds a degree in Urban Planning from USC and an MBA from Pepperdine, blending her technical expertise with sharp business acumen. Over the years, she has honed her skills in luxury development, ground-up construction, and high-end project management, leading projects that redefine excellence and efficiency.

With a passion for precision and a deep commitment to her clients, Brittany founded Thrive Consulting to offer expert guidance to homeowners, investors, and developers navigating complex construction and rebuild projects.
